During these twelve years we have created a database of the diners who have come, recording what they have savored; Thus, once they return, they will taste new flavors, textures and aromas, they will not repeat what they have eaten on previous occasions. Every day we prepare a different dish. The preparations are creative, using Colombian and harvest foods. The preparations are the author’s. We do not have a menu or menu.
At Tente en Pie por Todo, the fruits, vegetables and many of the foods do not go through the refrigerator, they are provided day by day, they come fresh from the market square and the agroecological garden and the edible flower garden from the restaurant to the table.
Eating at Tente en Pie por Todo, more than eating, is having a unique, different and innovative experience, to connect with Mother Earth who provides everything. Each service is made up of six moments and a tour savoring the Orchard. This service is offered in a rural location, facilitating the connection with nature. It is a cuisine that seeks to “Feed the body, but above all feed the Soul,” as diners write.
Sustainable management is carried out, restoring the soil, recovering ancestral species, with separation of solid and organic waste, composting, organic fertilizers and compound worms. Most of the supplies and transportation are purchased in Guarne, contributing to the local economy.
