At the Zafra Nature Reserve we have created a space where conscious tourism and conservation come together to protect ecosystems and support local communities. Our project is based on three fundamental pillars: the active protection of biodiversity (with reforestation programs, wildlife conservation and care of water sources), the development of responsible tourism that prioritizes minimal environmental impact, and the strengthening of equitable social relations with nearby populations.
We operate under principles of permaculture and agroecology, integrating traditional knowledge with innovative sustainability practices. Each activity – from accommodations to educational experiences – is designed to raise environmental awareness while supporting the local economy. We reject all forms of exploitation, whether towards people, animals or the environment.
Our commitment goes beyond conservation: we seek to create a replicable model where nature and community coexist in harmony. Visitors not only enjoy a privileged environment, but become active allies of this vision, ensuring that these landscapes and traditions endure for future generations. Here, every responsible choice is a step towards a more sustainable world
